This policy explains how Catalyst Capital Partners LLC (“Catalyst Capital Partners”, “we”) handles information in two places: this website, catalystcapitalllc.com, and the internal tools used by Catalyst Capital Partners that connect to Google Accounts.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking scripts or forms, and it does not run JavaScript. Its fonts and images are served from this website, not from third parties.
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub states: “When a GitHub Pages site is visited, the visitor’s IP address is logged and stored for security purposes, regardless of whether the visitor has signed into GitHub or not.” See About GitHub Pages and the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
If you email us, we receive your message and email address and use them to respond to you.
Google user data in our internal tools
Catalyst Capital Partners uses internal tools that, with the account owner’s permission, connect to a Google Account. This section describes how those tools access, use, store and share Google user data.
What the tools access
Read-only access to Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive in the connected Google Account.
How the data is used
Google user data is used only to give the account owner summaries and drafts. Drafts are not created yet; when they are, they will be saved only in the Drafts folder of the account owner’s own mailbox.
How the data is stored
- The tools keep no copies of email, calendar or file content and save no session transcripts.
- The tools keep an activity log of metadata only: what was accessed and when, never content. The activity log is retained for 12 months.
- The sign-in tokens that let the tools access a connected account are held in a secured cloud vault, Microsoft Azure Key Vault.
How the data is shared
- To produce summaries and drafts, content is processed by our AI model provider, Anthropic. Anthropic describes how long it keeps data from its commercial products in How long do you store my organization’s data? and its use of that data for training in Is my data used for model training?
- Google user data is not sold.
- Google user data is not used for advertising.
- Google user data is not used to train AI models.
Catalyst Capital Partners’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google Workspace User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
You can remove the tools’ access to a Google Account at any time; Google explains how in Manage links between your Google Account & apps from other developers. To ask a question or request deletion, email info@catalystcapitalllc.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Google user data is used, we will update this page and ask connected account owners for consent before using the data in the new way.
